Flagship Store - Operating Hours

Our Suntec City Flagship Store operates daily from 11:30am to 9pm (except for Lunar New Year)

Otherwise, enjoy shopping in our online store 24/7!



Our Flagship store is accessible to the nearest MRT stations: Promenade Station/ City Hall Station.

For parking in Suntec City Mall East Atrium, lookout for Tower 3 – the Red Zone/ Car Park Entrance F is recommended. 

We are conveniently located right above Marche at Level 2 of the East Atrium. Look out for ToysRus/ DBS Bank/ Osim to locate us when you are in Suntec City Mall.

Services and Repairs

You may visit us at our ZIIIRO Flagship Store for all service related needs. Refer to “Directions” in this FAQ page to find your way to our Suntec City Flagship Store.

Your watch is protected against any defects in movement/mechanism and workmanship that may occur under normal usage for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Within this period your watch will be repaired free of charge, except for a shipping/handling and insurance fee.

(A) Case, Glass, Clasp, Bracelet, Strap.
(B) Incorrect or abusive use, accidental damage, inexpert or unauthorised repair.
(C) Normal wear and tear, discoloring occurring through normal usage.
(D) Water penetration through misuse.
